To me, happiness is living in truth - or as Ghandi once said, "Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony." And how would you answer the question? Since happiness seems to mean something different to each of us - how can we find simple ways to experience more of it? To feel more of it? For this article, I define "being happy" as a feeling of joy, love and wonder!
