Kate Spade new york celebrated the launch of its first Munich retail store with an exclusive cocktail party hosted by Anna Bakst and co-host Leandra Medine.

kate spade new york&rsquo;s Munich shop is a celebration of the new brand vision under creative director Nicola Glass, reflecting Glass&rsquo; unique evolution of the brand&rsquo;s original house codes&mdash;thoughtful design, modern color, the spade &mdash; throughout. Tonal shades of pink, rose gold and signature deep green form a sophisticated palette to highlight the brand&rsquo;s collections, and provide the architectural foundation for a textural, sensory experience: inside there are mixed material accents like marble, velvet and metal. Plush grey carpets inlayed onto wood floors. The brand&rsquo;s new signature matte pink and rose gold-striped wallpaper sits alongside pink velvet curtains. Meanwhile, softly curved fixtures, furniture, high-polished lacquered pedestals and mannequin displays further reinforce the modern femininity at the heart of the brand.

In Europe, kate spade new york has additional specialty stores located in London on Regent Street, Covent Garden, Westfield, Sloane Square, St. Pancras and Bluewater as well as in France on Rue Saint-Honore, in Glasgow, Scotland and in Oslo, Norway.
