Why will we all miss 108 restaurant in Copenhagen?

This Monday the gourmet world was terrified by breaking news: Copenhagen’s 108 restaurant and its Corner bar are closing their doors from October. Despite this place never being a simple Fine Dining place, the decision is final: pandemic crisis consequences and lack of tourists. Why should you catch the first plane to Copenhagen and visit 108 until it’s open? There are some evident reasons.
