On the occasion of the new Moon &amp; Sun collection launch, the Italian jewellery brand DoDo invited to an unforgettable evening in the new boutique in Berlin. As the brand's new face, Ambassador Ann-Kathrin G&ouml;tze was also there to celebrate and shine in the new jewellery.

DoDo loves Germany

Berlin, October 17, 2022 - A sky over <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/tags/berlin" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Berlin</a> studded with gems and diamonds. The Berlin night turns moonstone-coloured on the occasion of the launch of Moon &amp; Sun, the new collection by DoDo. The Italian brand chooses the German capital to unveil its new jewels in rose gold, diamonds and precious stones, crafted with a savoir-faire that combines dream, mystery and reality.

The radiant evening began with the presentation of the new collection at the brand's new boutique at 32 Rosenthaler Strasse at Hackescher Markt in the famous Mitte district. Waiting to welcome them was Boris Barboni, Chief Marketing and Product Officer of Pomellato and DoDo. Afterwards, the party continued at the Weekend Club Berlin, a must-visit address in Berlin's nightlife scene.

A veritable tribe of movers and shakers and friends of the brand gathered in Berlin for the event - such as Ann-Kathrin G&ouml;tze, DoDo's ambassador and testimonial in Germany, entrepreneur Alice Campello, TikTok star Ryan Prevedel, Ginevra Mavilla and Veronica Ferraro, friends of the brand who had travelled from Italy to celebrate the reopening. Rapper Alyx Seventeeenhundred, actress Anni Baumann and influencers from Germany such as Gitta Banko, Kicki Yangz, Ting Ting Lai and Vanellimelli also danced late into the night to the sounds of DJ duo Usman L and Vvarholla, in a cool and inclusive atmosphere surrounded by projections of <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/tags/jewellery" target="_blank" rel="noopener">jewellery</a> from the Moon &amp; Sun collection transformed into video installations and ribbons of light.

An evening dedicated to inclusion, sharing, equality and empowerment. But above all, freedom: a key word for DoDo. The freedom to be oneself, the freedom to express one's uniqueness also through jewellery.

DoDo designs a sky full of semi-precious stones and diamonds

Together with two icons of its precious universe, the sun and the moon, DoDo explores for the first time the use of semi-precious stones, in particular smoky quartz and moonstone. New jewels are created as rose gold, diamonds and semi-precious stones merge with a savoir-faire between dream, mystery and reality.

The Sun

DoDo sets them in a pav&eacute; setting of brown diamonds on burnished gold and gives them a background of rose gold. The whole is accompanied by smoky quartz, a variety of brownish-grey quartz that dispels feelings of anxiety and alleviates depression and negativity.

The Moon
<h5>A symbol of cyclicality and transformation</h5>

DoDo places it in the waning phase on a rose gold background, but as a pav&eacute; of white diamonds on rhodium-plated gold. From the group of feldspars with a milky-white body, the moonstone is said to support new beginnings, give inner strength and strengthen one's own intuition and inspiration.
Two rings with sun or moon on a slightly curved base of rose gold can be cleverly combined with each other or worn as a single piece.

There are also two designs for the earrings. With a brisur clasp and sun or moon pendants made of diamonds, they are designed as single and combination earrings. More informal is the model on a single rose gold wire with faceted beads of moonstone and Lilliputian moon in rose gold or with faceted beads of smoky quartz and Lilliputian sun in rose gold.

The adjustable and nylon-core bracelets string together moonstone or smoky quartz beads separated by small tubular sections of rose gold. The moon pendant made of white diamonds is always combined with the Lilliput sun, while the sun pendant made of brown diamonds is always accompanied by the Lilliput moon. The mix of elements, the use of semi-precious stones and the choice of associated symbols highlight the play of contrasts on these bracelets, which enter the DoDo "cosmos" with a special charm of great novelty.

The same applies to the necklaces, which mix moonstone and smoky quartz beads instead. The version that combines pearls and necklace brings moon and Lilliputian sun with it. The scoop-neck model, the most precious because it combines all the elements, reproduces the most radiant of the heavens on the d&eacute;collet&eacute;. In different lengths and both adjustable, these necklaces can be worn individually or in pairs.
