<p>Lilly Lagodka's rise from a young fashion enthusiast to an internationally acclaimed model is a story of ambition and discipline. In an exclusive with L'Officiel Austria, she reflects on her career journey, dreams, and the future of fashion while highlighting the importance of love, family, and happiness in her life.</p>

<h4 class="p3">When and how did you decide to become a model?</h4>

<p class="p3">My early interest in fashion and Design destined me for a career in modeling. I was walking in my mom's high heels at 4 or 5 years old. When I was 14 I got stopped on the street and asked if I'd like to shoot for an online Italian fashion company. After finishing school at 18, a photographer submitted my pictures to an agency and my modeling career quickly took off in Hamburg, Milan, London &amp; Cape Town.</p>

<h4 class="p3">As a model, how do you organize your daily schedule?</h4>
<p class="p2"></p>
<p class="p3">I can't say that every day looks the same but the most important thing is self-discipline and a healthy routine. My Daily Routine starts with hydration, coffee, time in Nature and looking at what needs to be prioritized for the day. Self-discipline because naturally I have to watch what I eat and how I eat. Every day I check emails and news, follow social media. I organize, for example, flights and arrange dates with agencies, go to castings. I renew my (was f&uuml;r ein)... book with new well-known photographers.</p>

<h4 class="p3">What is your dream - personal and professional?</h4>
<p class="p2"></p>
<p class="p3">My personal dream is definitely to be happy and fulfilled by working every day to be the best version of myself. Professionally, I would like to get to a higher level and be known all over the world :) I always wanted to walk in VS Fashion show next to a famous singer like The Weekend with the fantasy bra. I also want to see myself on billbords in Time Square for major fashion brand and international perfume campaign.</p>

<h4 class="p3">How would you answer the question &ndash; where is the fashion world going?</h4>
<p class="p2"></p>
<p class="p3">Fashion trends come and go but it's important for me to uphold the traditional standards of beauty which always stand the test of time. I see a greater and greater impact on fashion trends driven by Social Media &amp; Influencers. Customization &amp; Personalization both in design and fit is exciting as it creates an opportunity for unique or one of a kind fashion.</p>
<p class="p3">Eco Conscious younger consumers care about issues impacting our environment are pushing brands towards sustainability, leading to the use of more eco friendly materials. I'm fascinated by the eco friendly designs that seem to be as high fashion and comfortable as traditional clothes.&nbsp;</p>

<h4>How do you relax when you are not working? Any special food, movie or book?</h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>I work really hard, value personal quiet time, and enjoy spending time in nature, especially the beach. I find the Ocean very calming.</p>
<p>I am also very sporty and get many physical and mental benefits from my workouts. Inline skating, Cycling, Yoga, Circuit Training and Running are some of my favourite workouts.</p>
<p>Dark Chocolate is my guilty pleasure. Of course in moderation. Ashwagmdha helps me balance my hormones and relax. Romantic Comedies or a good book on Spirituality always does the trick.</p>

<h4>You have an incredibly beautiful photoshoot for L&rsquo;OFFICIEL Austria, share with your readers how and where it took place.</h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>I remember that day vividly as the weather started with a beautiful sunny day and quickly turn cold and cloudy by the time started shooting. The shooting took place on the beautiful island of Mallorca near the famous beach Es Trenc.</p>

<h4>Do you have time for hobbies and what are they?</h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>I sometimes have breaks between my busy modeling schedule. I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures. I would say since early age I'm a brave and curious woman. On shorter breaks I enjoy time at home experimenting with new recipes.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h4>Three things that are definitely important to you in life?</h4>
<p>&nbsp;Love, Family and Hapiness. I guess that says it all..</p>
