When Anna Orgovanyi-Hanstein opens her walk-in wardrobe, the viewer imagines they are in a Hollywood film - or in a preferred green and quiet location in the affluent Viennese neigbourhood, Döbling. 
L'Officiel Austria chats with the real estate developer about her knack for smart investments and everything from real estate to handbags.

&quot;I can&#39;t sit still, I need the movement! - is how the co-founder of the real estate developer &quot;fourreal&quot; opens the conversation as she sprints up the stairs of her spacious turn-of-the-century property. - In style in Chanel sneakers, because she has several pairs of them: &quot;I have a VIP supervisor at Chanel in Berlin, where we also develop real estate. He knows my taste and organises everything for me without much effort.&quot;

Family first 
Because the mother of a 6-year-old daughter doesn&#39;t really have time to think about fashion. Most of the week is filled with work, and what little free time she has is spent with her husband, child, and two dogs, right up to the last minute. &quot;I love Etro, Chanel and, of course, Herm&eacute;s accessories. My uniform, however, includes a white blouse and jeans. That&#39;s really me.&quot; The likable entrepreneur guides us through the dressing room, which, with its generous 32 square meters and smart joinery, offers enough space for the different genres of clothing. It has to go fast. The traditional costume wardrobe has grown considerably since she married Max, who runs a forestry business in Styria, and there is also a Dirndl in countless variations. According to the social obligations, there are different requirements - and the dress codes white tie, black tie, traditional costume, business, formal, and sport. A week is very different, and the wardrobe has to keep up.&nbsp;

&quot;When I talk about shopping, I immediately think of houses and properties. Only then do I think of fashion. I&#39;m not a classic shopper, for me fashion is a means to an end,&quot; says the entrepreneur.&nbsp;
