It's like a 30-minute vacation within the comfort of your own home, at your office or at one of our three locations in Vienna. In the US, or in other parts of the world, so-called drip bars are a given. Why don't we have access to this kind of service in Austria? Marie Huter, founder of IVme in an interview with L'Officiel Austria.

We want to support people in being more efficient, more productive and more balanced.

How did&nbsp;<a href="http://ivmeplease.com/">IVme</a> come about? 
Marie Huter: &quot;People say that your passion should become your career&nbsp;and I was able to implement this very well with IVme. After working at the Kuzbari Center, I traveled a lot and was able to collect new ideas and find inspiration. Commercial&nbsp;vitamin infusions are&nbsp;already very present abroad, but it was not yet the case in <a href="https://lofficiel.at/tags/vienna">Vienna</a> or in Austria at all, so I used this opportunity and idea to create a new lifestyle product that&nbsp;people would love, especially, during such an exceptional situation the pandemic due to Covid-19.&quot;

Who do you see as your target group and&nbsp;who are your customers? 
Marie Huter: &quot;IVme&#39;s target group are people who want a healthier lifestyle and who value good nutrition, sport, <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/kategorie/beauty">beauty</a>, and health, but also a better work-life balance. We want to support people in being&nbsp;more efficient, more productive, and more balanced. IVme would also like to support people who have suffered from illnesses and who have an easier convalescence time thanks to the high doses of vitamins in our intravenous cocktails.&quot;

What was the biggest challenge you faced in this business? 
Marie Huter: &quot;The biggest challenge was to find doctors and pharmacists who share the same thought that it is more important to prevent than to treat. Most medical professionals only see a need for action when deficiency symptoms have already occurred. Many doctors have not dealt with the topic of using vitamins and minerals for prevention at all. I had a similar difficulty in finding medical personnel. It is very important to me that our team can identify with the topic of prevention and vitamin intake. We are now a great team of doctors and pharmacists with the same vision. Our biggest challenge now is to show humanity that it is not more important to own the newest Iphone every year, but to invest in your own body and health.&quot;

Which infusion is your favorite and why? 
Marie Huter: &quot;My favorite is the MYERS cocktail. The Myers Cocktail was created in 1960 by Dr. John Myers. Dr. Myers has dealt extensively with the effects of vitamins and minerals&nbsp;on the human body. Infusion therapy is routinely used by doctors around the world and has a large number of benefits. That&#39;s what I like best about this particular infusion. This infusion is ideal for most people and you can immediately see a change in their general wellbeing, which is, of course, nice to see.&quot;

As we are a fashion medium - do&nbsp;you have a favorite fashion brand and if so why? 
Marie Huter: &quot;I don&#39;t have a favorite brand, but I&#39;m very versatile when it comes to fashion. I basically like brands that are modern, but still, have a certain classicism. I love YSL. For me, the brand is calm and subtle, but still has a lot of sex appeal. In the past two years, I have come closer to the subject of watches and jewelry through my partner, due to his work in the watch industry. I discovered my passion for vintage <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/categories/Jewellery-and-Watches">watches</a> and jewelry. Now I have revived many old pieces of jewelry from my family and wear them with joy and with a special memory. I think it&#39;s great when a piece has a certain history and is passed on to the next generation. I love timeless brands!&quot;

What are your plans for the future? 
Marie Huter: &quot;My future plans are currently&nbsp;to strengthen&nbsp;the Vienna location and educate&nbsp;the population about the subject of vitamin infusions. Of course, locations in other Austrian cantors are also planned for the future. There are already first inquiries from doctors in other cities who would like to dedicate themselves to the same line of business&nbsp;as IVme. Since we are only at the beginning, the focus is of course on the local customer. My greatest dream and the absolute goal is to open my own IVme drip bar in Vienna&#39;s city centre.&quot;
