About two years ago, the 302-metre high skyscraper was reopened after 30 months of general refurbishment&nbsp;and has not lost any of its flair. On the contrary: Even regular guests attest that the beloved luxury temple has now gained even more elegance. Technical refinements meet dignified interior design. There is no trace of the artificial showiness once asso-ciated with the destination as such. &nbsp;Although the imposing lobby with its spectacular room height is ent-irely made of white marble, quality, craftsmanship and understatement are already perceptible here and also create a homely feeling in the rooms. And admittedly, the room service&nbsp; 
on offer also makes it quite tempting not to leave your suite for quite some time. Even in the hotel, the first expe-riences are already tempting. &nbsp;From the spa with its own hammam and nine separate treatment rooms, to the fully equipped fitness centre, you can do so much for your body and soul. So, for example, relax your body and soul at the luxurious pool with a great&nbsp;view of the &ldquo;Burj Khalifa&rdquo; and enjoy the moment.

This credo is also reflected in the culinary programme offered directly at the hotel. Eight different restaurants and bistros are available to choose from. Especially recommendable are &ldquo;STK&rdquo;, which rivals every New York steakhouse, and &ldquo;The Galliard&rdquo;, which reinterprets Mediterranean cuisine. If you are looking for Asian fusion cuisine, &ldquo;Zeta&rdquo; is the place to be - on the terrace on the fifth floor of the building you can enjoy delica-cies such as &ldquo;Fountain Rolls&rdquo; with Wagyu beef and shrimp tempura while watching the water games of the &ldquo;Dubai Fountains&rdquo;. Mochi ice cream for dessert is as much a must as &ldquo;Sake-Kaetsu Kanbara Tjunmai&rdquo;, a sake cocktail with brandy, triple sec, raspberries and a dash of lime. Sim-ply heavenly! And speaking of higher spheres and cocktails: 58 floors above, there is the &ldquo;Neos&rdquo; on the 63rd floor - with its feudal Art Deco ambience, the crowning glory of all cocktail bars, so to speak. &nbsp;Here you know you are in the best hands with the probably most talented bartenders in the coun-try and you can confidently rely on their recommendations. Instead of a classic gin and tonic, you are welcome to have a &ldquo;Herbaliser&rdquo;. &ldquo;Gin Mare&rdquo; is served with wormwood, cucumber and all kinds of Mediterranean herbs. There is no better way to round off an evening.

And finally, the neighbouring &ldquo;The Dubai Mall&rdquo;, with a proud 350,000 square metres of space, richly filled with the latest collections of all the luxury brands, is a tempting place to visit. Even those who get a little car-ried away do not need to worry - the VIP service takes care of the tiresome carrying of the shopping and delivers it directly to the hotel, even if in our case it is only a few metres away from the hotel as the crow flies.
