A Little Valentino Moment at the Vanity Fair Oscar 2020 Afterparty

In Oscars everyone can find something close to their heart and taste: some going real deep in cinematography (obviously), some are waiting for the looks to be served so they can give their honest life-important review on it through Instagram stories, some are just looking for jokes and memes during the ceremony. A big hello to Big Joon-Ho! But let's go back to the topic we are definitely good at - clothes. This year Valentino has dressed four celebrities for a carpet - Zoey Deutch, Sofia Boutella, Maria Sharapova and Dan Levy are on our list for today.

A 25 years old American actress and producer Zoey Dutch arrived on a Vanity Fair Oscar After-Party in gorgeous aqua-blue Haute Couture Valentino dress from the Fall-Winter 2019/2020 collection chosen for her by a celebrity stylist Elizabeth Stewart. We certainly pray for the combination of a cape flowed all the way behind her, covered head and structured top. Without any aggressive details on her look - she became a real-life movie character!

Remember the young pretty girl (surprisingly turned to be 37 years old stunning woman), who does all these crazy-sexy fights in movies (Kingsman, Atomic Blonde)? That is the Algerian-French dancer, model, and actress Sofia Boutella. She was wearing a beautiful crystal piece from the Fall 2020 collection. When it comes to a naked dress, it is a very thin border between vulgar and sexy. Sofia and Valentino have succeeded and showed us grace and refinement.

Our top favorite goes to Maria Sharapova - a Russian tennis player. Straight from a runway Spring-Summer, 2020-2021 acid lime dress was picked for her by a stylist Tracy Taylor. A perfect match of the high neck collar, puffed sleeves, length with an open back and, for the record, all in semi-transparent bright fabric. Can we just say "it's hot"? Because it is.

And to add masculinity in our women parade - a Canadian actor, writer and producer Daniel Levy in Valentino tuxedo from the Fall 2020 collection with embroidery down on the sleeve of the jacket. And let's give a moment to a lacquered western boots. You got our heart, Daniel!
