Whether in Paris, Milan, London or New York - there is hardly a fashion show without musical accompaniment . The connection between fashion and melody is so strong that the French family business has now dedicated a pop-up store to the subject. The focus is on the typical silk fabrics of Hermès. The Carré motifs decorate album covers, tie designs can be found on cassettes. Both the discs and the cloths are linked to a soundtrack by the prêt-à-porte Men's Defilees of the past eight years and each cassette or tie corresponds to a title from the year 2018. With a relaxed after-work atmosphere and changing DJ sets advise stylists on knotting and binding techniques. The highlight : with the "Graphomaton" portraits are artistically drawn on paper in the form of a record. The whole program is here . In the fall, the pop-up project will move to Seoul and Zurich.
