Model, trend setter, diva, and Miss Ukraine Universe - this woman can do it all!

As Miss Ukraine Universe 2021 - you are a great source of inspiration for many people! Where did you great path begin? 
 
Hanna Nepliakh:&nbsp;I was a very complex child, but I was hardworking and I always loved the stage. I graduated with honors from high school and went to university, where I also got straight A&#39;s. Thanks to that, self-discipline and erudition were instilled in me. It is important for me to be the first and to know that I can do everything. But as a girl, I did not feel confident, as a person&nbsp;I did not doubt myself, but as a woman did not feel fulfilled. And really, I was very worried, thinking I wasn&#39;t beautiful enough. As a teenager I started to work on myself a lot, studying psychology literature and doing various practices. Then at the age of 16, I was called to a modeling agency, with the help of which, I became the face of the city. In my life, I have had many jobs and I am always in search of discovering new facets of myself. Yet one thing I am sure of is that every goal is achievable.&nbsp;

Which supermodels did you look up to when you first started your modeling career and why?

Hanna Nepliakh: I&#39;ve always been a fan of &#39;90s supermodels - Cindy Crawford, Carla Bruni, Christie Turlington, and I&#39;ve always had a picture of Naomi Campbell on my desk. They have that natural beauty and breed, uniqueness, and somewhere even spontaneity.&nbsp;

What is your secret to success?

Hanna Nepliakh: Hard work and determination, and also a high bar. I am a lifelong leader and it is important for me to have high goals and achieve them. No matter how many unsuccessful attempts I have, I always try again and again, until I achieve the desired result. It was the same with beauty contests - now I have dozens of them under my belt, yet at first, it so happened that I would not be taken, but after a couple of years, casting directors came and invited me themselves.

What is your daily beauty routine?

Hanna Nepliakh: My day starts with a glass of water and 100 jumps to get my lymph flowing. Then I have a workout at 7 a.m. and then I prepare myself for the day afterward. If I don&#39;t have any photo shoots, my care is minimal - I moisturize with a serum and use SPF protection and chapstick. This is my daytime makeup which really goes without any makeup. If I have a shoot or an event, then I do the super intense facial cleansing and moisturizing.&nbsp;

The way I see it, the best thing you can do for facial beauty is smile and stress less. That&#39;s where you can blossom every day no matter what kind of day it is.&nbsp;

What do you do to stay in such great shape?

Hanna Nepliakh: There is nothing better than lovingly feeding your body healthy foods and then it will thank you with great shape. I&#39;m lucky, I&#39;m a fan of fruits, vegetables, and minimally processed foods. I love food for its natural taste with a minimal amount of sauces. It&#39;s important for me to eat delicious food, otherwise, I don&#39;t feel full.&nbsp;

I always watch my water balance, as I am the kind of person who carries a bottle of water with me everywhere.&nbsp;

Three times a week I have functional training, and four times I do yoga. Additionally, two times a week I go to the sauna and steam room to flush out all the toxins.&nbsp;I also get massages every other day to keep my muscles from getting clogged and to keep my skin firm.&nbsp;

You are a very talented and ambitious girl, as well as Miss Ukraine Universe 2021 - an example to follow and inspire! What causes / projects do you support and consider important at the moment?

Hanna Nepliakh: It is important for me to talk about the problem of domestic violence and violence against women. I myself know what it is like to be a victim of violence and how to heal from it and live a happy and successful life. We did a joint project with the UN, where we showed, with the help of public figures, the stories of victims of domestic violence. At the moment, there is a war in my home country, and to my great regret, a lot of women have been subjected to violence. I, in turn, together with volunteer organizations, help women get both medical and psychological help. But my main message is that you should not close yourself off and you need to cry out about your pain, work with it and heal it by healing from within. I know how difficult it is and how long it takes, but I am an example that anything is possible.&nbsp;

Tell us about what inspires you the most?

Hanna Nepliakh:&nbsp;My biggest inspiration is myself. I have had many traumas along the way, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, serious illness, and malignancy, and even now there is a war in my country and it has taken my life away from me, but no matter what comes my way, I always believe in the best and believe in a happy, successful and love-filled life!&nbsp;

You are a very talented and busy woman who manages to do everything! How do you manage it?

Hanna Nepliakh: My best results always depend on competent delegation and a reliable quality team around me. I appreciate working with professionals and surrounding myself with the best. I also understand that sometimes I can&#39;t do everything, then I choose only the priority tasks and those that bring me pleasure.&nbsp;
