It is precisely the clothes designed by Givenchy for his muse that are among the most famous in the history of cinema. The unmistakable little black dress of &ldquo;Breakfast at Tiffany&#39;s&rdquo;, or the princely dress in &ldquo;Sabrina&rdquo;.
